Divided into two categories: accreditation for journalists, and accreditation for performers and their guests.
Accreditation for journalists is only available via proper and pre-arranged accreditation at the main entrance to the site at Akreditace Press.

The whole site, being an airfield, has wheelchair access. Wheelchair users will have a raised 4m x 6m stand at all concert podiums, 1.4 m high with a ramp. There will also be accessible portable toilets on site for those in wheelchairs. There will also be a special zone for the handicapped in the car park – see site map.

The festival’s security service is on hand to protect both visitors and the festival site. Security personnel are easily identifiable by their clothing (black t-shirts, flak jackets, jackets with Security written on them).
In case of any problem please inform organisers.
It is forbidden to bring any material harmful to safety or health onto the site (see Prohibited).
Security personnel’s powers and responsibilities: checking tickets and identification bracelets, including in the camping area, personal checks at the festival entrance (to prevent forbidden items being carried on site – see Prohibited), removal from the site of any individuals threatening the safety of visitors or persons not wearing bracelets, preventing visitors from entering parts of the site off-limits to the public, helping handicapped visitors, providing first aid information, protecting visitors, performers and festival equipment.

All drugs are banned from the site, with the exception of drugs allowed under Czech law (tobacco etc.).

Only accredited photographers are permitted on site. Only non-professional cameras will be tolerated. During performances by headliners taking photos with a flash is expressly forbidden.

Sufficient portable toilets will be available; they will be carefully erected around the site including on the camp site. We will do our best to keep toilet paper supplied, though we do recommend you bring your own too, just in case. Wash hand basins will be available.
There will be a sufficient number of bins and containers on site.
We ask visitors to keep the site clean in their own interests.

Every festival visitor has a bracelet placed on their wrist on the presentation of their ticket at the entrance; this allows the visitor access to the site and to erect a tent in the camp site. The ID bracelet has to be shown every time the visitor enters the festival site and during random controls on site. If the visitor fails to do so they will not be allowed access, and may be removed by security.

There will be an information stand on the festival site, which will provide info about the site and a schedule of starting times; it can also offer information about first aid, counselling services and information about the different stages.
Furthermore, every visitor will receive an information bulletin, which will contain information about the line-up, a site map and other important information.

Festival t-shirts, CDs and souvenirs will be on sale at the festival; performers’ merchandise may also be sold.

In Tábor itself bathing is possible at the Jordán reservoir, which is used a lot for recreation. The Sokolská plovárna, meanwhile, offers water-lovers a slide and boat rental. There is also a dock below the Tábor secondary school. Jordán can also boast interesting natural elements, such as its 18m waterfall, from which water flows from the reservoir to the Tismenicky stream.

There will be at least a dozen mega-bars on site, along with a sufficient number of stands offering a wide variety of foods, including vegetarian. They will be located throughout the site.

The festival and camp site will have a sufficient number of bins and containers. We ask visitors to keep the site clean in their own interests and to use rubbish bins. If rubbish bins are full please put rubbish into bins on the ground.

There will be a car park for festival visitors. We bear no responsibility for items left in cars. We recommend that you come on time due to the limited size of the car park.
|
There will be two ambulances on site throughout the festival, including medical personnel; there will also be two first aid stations (see map). Furthermore, the whole site will be monitored by the Red Cross, who will be clearly marked. In case of emergency you can also contact a counselling service.
|
Dogs are allowed on site with the exception of fighting breeds (pitbulls, Rotweillers, Dobermans, bull terriers etc.). All dogs must have a leash and muzzle.
It is strictly forbidden to allow dogs to run free. Clearly aggressive dogs of any breed will not be allowed on site.

The camp site will be situated in the back part of the airfield by the second entrance, and has the capacity for 10,000 tents. Only festival visitors may erect a tent there. It is free. There will be portable toilets.
Building a fire on the campsite is forbidden, as is using a cooker with an open flame and handling explosives, including firecrackers. All rubbish must be thrown in the provided containers.
It is not possible to drive a car on the camp site and organisers do not bear responsibility for the safety of belongings there. For that reason we recommend that you do not leave valuable items in your tent. If you have some valuables we recommend you leave them at left luggage. Bring a lock to lock your tent.
The camp site will be open from Friday at 8:00 until Sunday at 15:00.

There will be a left luggage office at the festival (see map) where you can leave your belongings. This is a paid service. We recommend that visitors leave especially valuable items at home.

Recording on video or any other format is strictly forbidden. The only exception is for accredited film crews.
|
It is strictly forbidden to bring onto the site all glass receptacles including bottles, cans, inflammable materials, weapons of any kind, psychotropic materials, dangerous objects, pyrotechnical materials, open flames, umbrellas, laser pointers, tape recorders, film cameras, video cameras (including the formats Dv, Dv Cam, BetaCam, Super VHS, Super 8...) and all cameras. It is strictly forbidden to make sound, film, photographic or video recordings, including for your own use. An exception is made for automatic, non-professional cameras, though they may not be used to photograph the appearances of performers.

There will be a left luggage office on site, and we therefore recommend that you do not carry valuable items on your person. If you do lose something please go to the “Information” stand. If you wish to declare a loss it is necessary to provide an exact description of the lost object and to have ID on you, such as a passport or driver’s licence.
When claiming something it is necessary to give a precise description of the lost item and to produce ID.
